Data Deletion

You control your data in Viri. You can revoke any connected account, delete a workspace, or ask us to erase everything we hold, at any time.

Revoke a connected account

In Viri, open Settings → Connections, find the platform (for example Meta or Google), and choose Revoke. This immediately deletes the stored access token and stops all future access. You can also revoke Viri directly from the platform’s own security settings (for example Meta Business settings or your Google Account permissions).

Delete a workspace or your account

In Settings, an admin can delete a workspace. Deleting a workspace removes its Brain, connections, and all associated data. If you want your entire account and every workspace removed, email us and we will handle it.

Request full deletion

Email privacy@virimind.com from the address on your account, or include your workspace name, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm your identity, delete the data we hold for you, and instruct our processors to do the same. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except for limited records we are required by law to keep (such as billing records).

Data obtained from Meta and Google

Data we accessed through Meta or Google is deleted when you revoke the connection or on a deletion request as above. Our use of that data is described in our Privacy Policy, and we never sell it or use it to train models.
